  • International 5★ Event Rider

    Australian-born 5★ eventer Dom Schramm, co-founder of Schramm Equestrian, travels to Bayboro every 5-6 weeks. Dom’s consistent presence allows him to build continuity with our riders, checking in on progress, coaching at shows, and providing insights that only a world-class competitor can deliver.

  • FEI Dressage Rider, 5★ Judge & Coach

    A three-time Olympian in Eventing, Pan American silver medalist and now a renowned FEI 5★ Dressage judge and coach, Peter Gray brings unmatched experience to Bayboro. His structured series of two-day clinics 3-4 times per year, paired with virtual follow-ups, give our riders direct access to elite-level feedback and long-term development. Peter’s approach creates lasting partnerships with both horses and riders, helping them refine performance and reach new goals.

  • Boyd Martin – Olympic Eventing Champion & Bayboro Advisor

    A four-time Olympian and multiple Pan American Games gold medalist, Boyd Martin stands at the very top of the sport. As a Bayboro advisor and regular clinician, Boyd not only leads group clinics but also coaches a select group of riders individually, including at shows. His involvement offers Bayboro clients an extraordinary chance to learn from one of the world’s most successful event riders.

Bayboro regularly hosts clinics with equestrian luminaries such as Peter Wylde, Silva Martin, Daniel Bluman, and Phillip Dutton—bringing Olympians and international champions right to our doorstep. These sessions reinforce Bayboro’s standing as a premier training hub.
